I cannot find my confirmation e-mail. What do I do ?

The confirmation email was sent to the email address you registered with.  The email may have been flagged as spam by your mailbox. Please check your junk mail folder. Also, in some cases, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. If you do not receive your email within fifteen minutes, please click on the Help button at the bottom right of the screen and follow the below steps:

  1. Type in a keyword(Registration or Email for example)
  2. Click Leave Us A Message
  3. Fill out the form with the needed information, select Not received Activation
  4. We will then resend you the Confirmation Email to confirm your membership registration.
